- UK standard delivery is tracked and is 0.99p for a 2-3 working day delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom. UK Express delivery 1-2 Days and is £2.99 with the cut off time being 4pm. Saturday delivery is £4.99 with the cut off time being 4pm.
- All shipments within Europe are tracked at a flat rate of £6.99 for a 2-3 working day delivery.
- Delivery to the USA, Canada & Australia is tracked at a flat rate of £9.99 for a 2-3 working day delivery.
- All are orders are sent custom charges pre-paid. That means there are no additional charges for you, the price you see on the site is the only price you will ever pay.

- Yes, we deliver to work addresses. When you are in checkout, please enter your work address in the Shipping Details section.
- Yes! We deliver to BFPO addresses. When you are in checkout, please enter your work address in the Shipping Details section.
- If the tracking is showing as delivered but you have not received your order then we need to contact the courier on your behalf. Please contact us with your name and order number. We can then look into this for you.
- Our couriers attempt to deliver twice before returning items back to us as undelivered. If your order has been returned to us, you need to contact us with as much information as possible so that we can arrange to send this back out to you.
- You can return your item within 28 days of receipt, the product must be in its original, unused condition and box.
- To return an item, simply follow the steps below. 1, Repackage the item in the original box and packaging. 2, Contact us customer services with your order number requesting a prepaid label. If you are within the UK your prepaid label will be included with your order. 3, For UK customer please take your parcel to any Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage. For all customers outside of the UK the prepaid label will contain a counter slip which advises on the collection date of your parcel.
- Yes, you can return your order back for an exchange within 28 days provided the product is in its original, unused condition. Please complete the return form so that we have all the information we require to process the exchange as soon as possible and follow the returns process. You can only exchange size, at this time we do not accept exchanges for different styles or colours.
